The construction activity between the Baker Center and Spivey Hall is a new outdoor campus amphitheater. The amphitheater will have a stage for performers and low seat walls for viewing performances. Beyond the seat walls, a lawn area will be provided for spill over seating. The surrounding sidewalks are being reconstructed to emphasize the shape of the space and provide an ADA accessible walk route between University Center and Spivey Hall.

Please pardon the disruption and understand that this is a construction zone. Use caution when passing by the site and be aware of construction traffic in the area. Once the construction is completed, it will be a great gathering place and enhance our cultural programs.
